Here’s how the process works:

Discovery
Share your ideas, inspirations, and objectives — or select one of our existing designs. Whether it's for nightclub bottle shows, retail displays, or private events, we’ll align with your goals to create something tailored to your needs.
2.
Crystals
Choose your preferred crystal colour and finish. This will define the overall aesthetic of your presenter.

3.
Design Pack
We’ll create a tailored design pack including multiple design variations, finish options, estimated production timelines, and a full pricing breakdown. Amendments can be made upon request.
4.
Deposit
Once you approve the design, a deposit is required to confirm your order and secure a manufacturing slot. Production will not begin until the deposit has been received, as slots are limited.
5.
Manufacturing
Each bespoke piece is handcrafted using high-quality materials. From custom-built holders to individually placed crystals, your design is assembled, finished, and quality-checked to meet our standards.
You’ll be notified to schedule delivery when production is complete.
6.
Delivery
Once the delivery date is confirmed, your presenter will be securely packaged and dispatched via a trusted courier — depending on your location and service needs. Tracking details will be provided once shipped.
