• 3. Warranty & Use

• 3.1 Manufacturing Warranty
  All Culet Avenue products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing faults from the date of delivery. This excludes:

• - Wear and tear or natural material inconsistencies

• - Misuse, accidents, or improper care

• - Damage caused by third-party couriers

• - Water exposure or moisture damage

• - Fire or heat exposure, including sparkler use

• - Usage beyond the product’s intended function

• 3.2 Intended Use
  Products are designed for presentation and decorative use. They are not suitable for carrying unapproved bottle shapes, supporting excessive weight, or use in high-risk environments (e.g., near fire). Misuse voids the warranty.

• 3.3 Water Resistance
  Culet Avenue products are not waterproof or water-resistant and should be kept away from liquids. We are not responsible for damage due to exposure to water, moisture, or spills.

• 3.4 Safety Disclaimer
  We do not accept liability for injury, accident, or property damage arising from misuse, incorrect bottle sizing, unstable placement, or failure to follow handling recommendations.

• 3.5 Brand Imagery Disclaimer
  Images on this website may include third-party bottles (e.g., Ace of Spades, Dom Pérignon) for illustrative purposes only. Culet Avenue does not own or claim affiliation with these brands. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

• - Deposits are non-refundable once production starts or materials are procured

• 4. Delivery & Payment

• 4.1 Delivery Partners
  We may use trusted third-party couriers (e.g., DPD, Royal Mail, Evri). You consent to your name, address, and contact details being shared for fulfilment purposes.

• 4.2 Delivery Damage
  We photograph each order prior to dispatch for documentation. We are not responsible for damage during transit, but will help facilitate claims where feasible.

• 4.3 Payment Terms

• - Payment is accepted via bank transfer or PayPal

• - Deposits are required to confirm bespoke orders

• - Full payment is required before delivery or hire

• - Orders may be held for up to 72 hours for payment verification or fraud checks

• 4.4 Delivery Delays

• We aim to dispatch within the estimated timeline; however, Culet Avenue is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

• 4.5 Retention of Title

• Ownership of all products remains with Culet Avenue until full payment has been received and cleared. We reserve the right to reclaim goods not paid for in full.

• 6. Hire Terms

• 6.1 Hire Returns
  Missed delivery or collection slots may incur redelivery charges.
  Damaged or missing components may be charged up to £75. If unrepairable, 50% of the RRP will be billed.

• 7. Customer Service

• We aim to respond to all order or enquiry-related communication within 72 hours. Response times may vary during busy periods or bespoke production.

• 8. Intellectual Property

• All designs, product images, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of Culet Avenue and must not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

• 9. Liability Limitation

• We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, reputation, or earnings, arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

• 10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

• Culet Avenue shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, transportation failure, pandemic-related delays, or supply chain disruptions.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from your use of our products or services shall be limited to the purchase price paid. Culet Avenue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
