• We aim to ensure satisfaction with every Culet Avenue product. Due to the bespoke nature of many of our items, our refund and returns terms are outlined below.

• 1. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

• - All bespoke or made-to-order products are non-refundable, unless a manufacturing defect is identified upon receipt.

• - Minor inconsistencies in finish, crystal placement, or structure are inherent in handcrafted production and are not considered faults.

• - Once a design is approved and a deposit is paid, we reserve the right to retain the deposit if production has started or materials have already been ordered.

• - Design visuals and renders provided in the design pack are indicative only. Final products may vary in appearance, colour tone, and crystal finish due to lighting, screen resolution, and natural variation in materials. These differences do not qualify as grounds for return or refund.

• - Approximate sizes and weights listed for bespoke products are estimates. As each item is handcrafted, slight variation is to be expected and does not constitute a defect.

• 2. Ready-to-Ship Items

• Non-bespoke items (i.e. ready-made stock) may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided:

• - Items are unused and in original packaging

• - Returned in a resaleable condition

• - You notify us of your intention to return prior to sending

• 3. Refund Procedure

• Once we receive and inspect returned items:

• - Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 14 days

• - Deductions may be made for handling, damage, or missing parts

• - Shipping costs are non-refundable

• 4. Delivery-Related Damage

• - We document all products and packaging before dispatch for quality assurance.

• - If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

• - While we are not liable for courier-related damage, we may support claims raised with DPD, Royal Mail, Evri, or other couriers on your behalf where possible — though resolution is not guaranteed.

• 5. Intended Use & Product Care

• - All Culet Avenue products are designed for visual display and entertainment purposes, such as bottle shows, retail environments, and event setups.

• - They are not intended to carry excessive weight, be climbed on, or used outside of standard presentation practices.

• - Our products have not been tested for water resistance. They should be kept away from liquid or moisture, as this can affect the adhesives, materials, and overall integrity.

• - Damage due to improper use or exposure to liquids is not covered under our refund policy or manufacturing warranty.

• 6. Safety & Use Disclaimer

• - Culet Avenue is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse, incorrect bottle placement, or inappropriate handling of our products.

• - If using bottle presenters in environments with sparklers, flames, or open heat sources, you acknowledge that the product may not be fire-resistant and that Culet Avenue is not liable for any associated risk.

• - All products must be used according to their intended purpose. Misuse may void any warranty or support.

• 7. Brand Imagery & Representation

• - Product images shown on www.culetavenue.com or via WhatsApp may include third-party bottles or accessories. These are used for illustrative purposes only and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Culet Avenue.

• - Culet Avenue does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks, logos, or bottle designs referenced or shown.

• - Lighting and editing may affect how products appear online. Slight colour differences between product photos and real-life items are not a valid reason for return.
